We live in Thessaloniki. We had visited many, many doctors about Electra’s problem. They all told us about more than two to three years of treatment and definitely extractions of four permanent first premolars (four healthy permanent teeth). We were disappointed. He also told us that the treatment time will be about a year. We started the treatment in May 2006. We ended in May 2007. Until July 2006 Electra wore an orthopedic device in her mouth which was not visible to anyone looking at her. She only wore FASTBRACES® irons for nine months. I am very, very pleased with the result. Electra was not in pain or discomfort at all. If I had not read about the FASTBRACES® system I would not have orthodontic treatment for my child unless I found another method without tooth extractions.
